Hello,

I am using Windows XP and trying to rip my Batman Begins Blue-ray but getting the following error message while attempting to rip video to hard disk. Can I do this without having any trouble? I will be thankful to you. Strongly thanks.

Hi,

Please update the AnyDVD for the latest version and so as the firmware of the optical drive. Set the region code correctly in AnyDVD settings (Do it by exiting AnyDVD).  Follow the sequence:

  1. Go to "My computer" and right click to see "properties" then click device manager.
  2. Select the desired DVD/DROM and right click optical drive, properties and in "region field" set to the local region.

Then start the program AnyDVD and things should work.
