I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed and recently updated my Windows, since Attunity EFR Drive Mapper is not working properly. Does anybody know the cause of this problem and also how to solve this issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated.
In your case, since the problem occurs after windows update, the best thing to do is to update also your Attunity EFR Drive Mapper. Since that your program is not working properly, you can just update it by uninstalling it and to re-install a latest one, but if you don’t want to do that and you are sure that the cause of the problem is the windows update that you done recently, just uninstall the latest update. You can view installed updates in Control panel->Program and Features then select “View installed updates” located to the left side of the explorer. Then you can view the list of updates there just uninstall it.
