After updating my PC from Windows 7 when I try to open applications or trying to change PC settings it says Windows 8.1 error code 0x80070002. Please suggest the solutions overcome this error.
Solution1:
The downloaded file is corrupted so, in this case, try to do Windows Update trouble shooter who will try to fix automatically and will resolve Windows 8.1 error code 0x80070002 issue, and it will not trouble in future.
Solution2:
Disable your antivirus along with Windows Defender, firewall (Don’t forget to enable when it is done) and enable your proxy settings and then press Windows key +R copy this inetcpl.cpl then enter. Go to your LAN settings in connection bar use proxy server for your LAN and then enter the details which are necessary.
