Hello All,

I used to use Microsoft exchange mail for my office mails.

Recently, I have installed MS outlook to archive my mails as I get many mails daily.

After 30 MB free space, I started configuring rules.

But after setting up the "FROM" rule, it got struck up resulting in error that there is no space.

Please help me in setting up this rule.

Thank you.

Hi,

This kind of problem can occur when the quota assigned to your mailbox by the system admin is exhausted.

If you believe this is incorrect then open outlook in safe mode and remove the rule.

Steps: Go to Start & click on Run (if available), else in the search box type “Outlook.exe /safe” without the inverted commas.

Try deleting the rule & recreate.

Dear Jonathan Chandler,

The Outlook rule is an action performed automatically on incoming or outgoing mails, according to the preferences that you have specified.

You can create a rule from a template, from a message, or using your own conditions.

The link will be very helpful in creating and applying the rule:
