Hello,

The first time Android and windows is booted dually in a same device. Buyers can be enjoyed a lot because both the facilities provided from Android and Microsoft windows.

Lenovo's new ThinkPadx1 Hybrid is a secondary operating system. It is based on Linux. It is android with some custom coding.

You can easily switching between Windows 8 and Android 5.0 without turn off or reboot the device.

Original equipment manufacturer (OEMs) chooses between either Android 5.0 devices or Windows 8-powered devices, so dual boot for Android 5.0 is easily made.

Dual booting system produces a high amount of compatibility.

In June 2012 Android Jelly Bean 5.0 is going to launch.

Thanks.

There is an advantage in a system that can boot on 2 different operating systems. Of course, many of us use different applications each time we use the computer. Sometimes there are applications that we really like to use but the only problem is it is compatible with a different operating system. In a dual boot computer, you have the advantage of using software that are compatible with 2 different operating systems. This gives us more freedom on the software we use.

If there is an advantage, there would always be a disadvantage. One thing you need to create a system that boots on 2 operating systems is a machine that has a good hardware specifications. The amount of RAM needs to be adequate for both platforms when booting each of them. Unlike in a single boot computer where you only need to create a single partition in your hard drive, in a dual boot system you need to create 2 separate partitions where the first partition is for the default operating system and the second is for the other. But you can always swap them anytime.

Now and then I visit Techyv.com as a part of my usual work. The Techyv expert’s depth of knowledge is known to me well. According to their knowledge now I have come to know about the advantages and disadvantages of having a dual booting system of Asus. Both of your discussions were appreciable because they gave me a lot of knowledge so thanks guys. But Sharath, your comments charmed me most for carrying exceptional information which were not pointed by others although this information was needed for enriching my knowledge. You gave a better solution in a simple way. By analyzing your idea, I have learned that in dual boot, the computer gives me more freedom of the software I use and the disadvantage is that I need to create two separate partitions which I think it is not comfortable. Well done Sharath Reddy!
