I just changed my OS to win7 and reinstalled Adobe reader X but when I'm updating it. i got an error.
what should i do?

Most program now Automatically Check updates
in your problem it seems you need to run the installation as Run as Administrator
this is normal in windows 7 since it has a lot more restriction than the Previous version
to solve this issue is very simple
Mouse Right Click the installer then run as administrator.
This is the only way to fix installing adobe reader
