I am using Adobe Reader when an error signature appeared on my screen.

Here are the details of the error for your reference.

I also included a screenshot so that you will be able to know the proper resolution for this particular error.

Kindly explain the cause of this error and the resolution for this issue.

Error signature:
szAppName: AcroRd32.exe
szAppVer: 10.1.1.33
szModName: hungapp

Error report contents:

Hi Leigh, your problem is most probably due to corrupt files in the package or corrupt files in the registry or in the temp folder. So you may consider downloading other files for the software or follow these steps;

If the PDFs you are opening are from outlook, try saving them in a different location and try re-opening to see if it improves the situation

If that doesn't solve the problem, open the temp folder by going to Start->My computer->Documents and settings->User->Local Settings->Temp

Once you do that and restart your system, the issue should be solved.
