Hi,

I got a problem when I tried to upgrade my Photoshop, a number of the ICC Extension config files have not been included correctly. Whenever I try to start Photoshop 7 (Upgraded from W2kServ & from Ps v_5) I get the following error message:

Could not load the NewICC Extension module because it does not work with this version of Photoshop.

Need to solve this.

Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure if the upgrading procedure was done the wrong way or there is really a problem with the upgrade. Since the newly upgraded Adobe Photoshop 7 doesn’t work, uninstall it from your computer then check your machine for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit. This tool can thoroughly diagnose the file system for any errors.

After checking the disk, download a much newer version of Adobe Photoshop. Since you are also upgrading Adobe Photoshop 7, why not install a much newer version instead of just upgrading it.
