I tried to install Adobe extension manager several times but again and again I am getting this same error. I have Dreamweaver in the computer; I think it can’t recognizethe version. What I have to do now to solve this error? Please help to me to fix the error. Thanks a lot.
This extension can not be installed, it requires Dreamweaver version 12 or greater.
First of all, check if Dreamweaver CC can be seen on the left pane of Extension Manager CC. If it's not there and you can only see "Others", then there is something wrong on the Dreamweaver CC installation and Dreamweaver didn't save the right information in the Product Configuration Database or the PCD. Extension Manager is getting the product infos from the Product Configuration Database (PCD) so they don't know if the Dreamweaver CC exists.
However, if it is visible, can you tell which extensions did you install? Try some free extension and then follow the steps below:
1. Click on Tools and then go to Preferences.
2. Tick the Enable detailed logging option.
3. Restart the Extension Manager and install an extension.
Alternatively, you can try to uninstall Dreamweaver and then restart your computer. When the computer restarted, reinstall Dreamweaver from Cloud.
