Adobe Captivate shows error when tried to generate Text to Speech Audio

Hi,

I am trying to generate Text to Speech Audio but when I click on Generate audio an error message appears attached below. I could not find any resolution to fix this annoying problem. I extremely need your assistance while I have spent so much time resolving the matter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Travis,

  1. First, try to insert a slide and see if your text works as NeoSpeech or Loquendo speech. Go to the Speech Agent drop-down menu under Audio and Speech Management, and you should see the following names: Kate and Paul for NeoSpeech and Juliette, Simon, and Stefan for Loquendo. If this does not work, continue on to Step 2.

  2. It is also important that you have an updated version of the Text to Speech program. Go to your Adobe Captivates folder, and delete the VT and Loquendo sub-folders. You can find the VT folder, which represents the NeoSpeech convertor, by finding Applications in Adobe Captivate. Look for the LoquendoTTS folder in the Adobe Captivate app and by clicking on Show Page Contents. Then, re-install your Text to Speech packages. After the installation is complete, try to generate the audio again.
