This is strange as some users cannot access OWA, but others can.  The NT AuthoritySelf and domainexchange domain servers have full access to the mailbox.

Hi,

You can fix your problem. Go to Exchange server group and give permission to write access to the users security setting. Your problem is not very complex. You can easily solve it by taking necessary action. You said you got every time in the following message:
"A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization"

You can found your appropriate help and more additional info from Microsoft link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/941146/error-message-when-an-exchange-server-2007-user-or-an-exchange-server

This trick works so many versions.

If those systems are not working then follow the next link and learn how to fix your problem. Go this link and read all questions and
