Acrobat collar review cycle of PDF

Hi there !

We have to review various documents in the process of  improvement at the workplace. There may be  a lot of other ways, but I am not having so much time to search things like DAV, Report status etc. I have allocated time to enhance the workflow of tools which is already being used by us. So I have checked through Adobe PDF collaborative review cycle. It was very well, doc merging from the notify toolbar icon to the user access control. They are offering it, except it is not able to apply the changes to PDF.

I can explain for more clarifications. After the collar review cycle of a PDF, it gives the result with feedback. But I can just see the review points and not able to apply those points to the PDF. If anybody knows to solve this problem please let me know.

If you cannot use the user access control on the PDF documents during the transfer, it could be because the PDF files are read only files and cycle allows only the transfer for document that are editable. And for that I will suggest that you make the PDF files editable first before you proceed with transferring them.

There is an application that you can use to make the PDF files editable, but the you will have to convert the files to a word document first. The application is called 'word to PDF converter'. When you are done with the cycle you can convert the files back to a PDF document. You will need to have an application for converting the word document files to PDF in case you ms word does not allow you to save the documents in the PDF format.
