Acer icon tab has only 1024 x 600 resolution which is a low resolution.

Does this greatly affect the display of the images?

Acer Iconia Tab A110 has low resolution

The Acer iconia Tab A110 is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processors. The tab has a 7 inch 1024 x 600 display and 8 GB storage space inbuilt and a memory of 1 GB. It also supports MicroSD, micro USB and HDMI. The total thickness of the tablet is .45 inches. The operating system Is Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich.

It is one of the best budget tabs available in the market and is in tight competition with Google nexus tablet, Kindl fire 2 etc.

 

Iconia will hit the market by late 2012 according to the experts.

 

The screen resolution is lower than many other tabs that are in the market, hence it's display will also be of lower quality. But if you are on a tight budget, icon A110 is one of the best options available for you.

Acer Iconia Tab A110 has low resolution

The Acer Iconia Tab A110 has no support for voice communication because it is not a GSM device. This model was announced and released in October 2012. It measures around 193 x 126.5 x 11.4 millimeters and weighs around 390 grams. It has a TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 256K colors at 600 x 1024 pixels screen resolution.

It also supports multitouch up to 10 fingers with the Acer UI. It runs on 1 GB RAM with microSD expandable up to 32 GB and an 8 GB internal storage. It has Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, microUSB 2.0, and 3.5-millimeter jack. The primary camera supports 2 megapixels at 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution with geo-tagging.

It can do video recording in 720p at 30 fps. It doesn’t have a secondary camera. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 T30L chipset with quad-core 1.2 GHz processor and ULP GeForce GPU. It has accelerometer, compass, and gyro sensors. Because it can access the internet, it handles HTML5 and it supports Java via Java MIDP emulator.

The 3G model of Acer Iconia Tab A110 supports GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS. It has a standby time of up to 270 hours and can last up to 7 hours 30 minutes when running multimedia. It costs around 180 Euros.
