Hi. To learn about creating email templates in Outlook, first, open MS-Outlook by clicking on the start menu and then selecting the app from the list of applications appearing. Click on the File menu followed by the selection of a new blank page. Next, type the subject of the document and then the content in body of the message. Then, select the file and save it by clicking on save as. Give the file a name and then save it as an Outlook template.
To view the saved template in Outlook, click on File menu and then click on a new document. Next, look for the template which you have saved by browsing it from the open menu. Use the name you gave to the file to search for it from the list of files appearing on the screen.
Then, after you find the file, select the open button.
