I just installed 3D Home Architect Design Deluxe Version 3.7 in my desktop that runs on Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM and Windows 7 64 bit. The program crashes when launched. Could this be a compatibility issue or do I need more RAM?

How are you? I saw you fall in a trouble and this is common problem that people install their software and after installing the cant use it due to some hardware requirement doesn't meet. And your PC configuration is really good for 3D Home Architect Landscape Design Deluxe 3.7. So i think you have to check your software. I think you installed a MAC version or 32bit version, though this software has no requirement of external AGP however you can use an eternal AGP for assurance.

Your system specs should be good enough to run 3D Home Architect Design Deluxe Version 3.7. Please try to uninstall the software by using this method (*Press windows key – *Type in "add remove" and press the enter key – *look for 3D Home Architect Design Deluxe Version 3.7 in list of programs, double click and uninstall the program). Close all running applications and reinstall the software.

That seems to be a very old version to run on Windows 7. Before installing any software, check the system requirements and verify that your computer meets those requirements. Try to uninstall and reinstall the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select 3D Home Architect Design among the applications and click “Uninstall”.
Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo then install the program back. Try also downloading 3D Home Architect Design Suite Deluxe 8. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
It requires Intel Dual Core or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, and 2 GB free space.
