Is this offer available only for new laptop buyer or even for existing users also? Is it good to use cloud space ?

2GB is enough cloud space for backing up your files.
I haven't heard of this offer yet so I guess this is available to new buyers.
Please make sure that the vendor/retailer is trusted.
You might encounter problems later on.
You can also ask for a better cloud space if you're planning to back up large files like Movies, Images etc.
