Hi,

I got this error message when using Adobe Illustrator, see screenshot below.  The error message didn’t say much but I tried reinstalling the software and nothing seemed to improve.  I tried searching the web but I couldn’t find a sound resolution.  I bet experts in this forum can help me.

This message came up when I was trying to save the edited ones.

I Have no idea what the proper document format might be. If anybody can tell me what it is, it might work to overcoming this error.

I recently installed Adobe Illustrator and started it when I received this error, see screenshot below. 

I tried reinstalling the software, and I got the same problem.  I really didn’t know how to resolve this. 

I hope an expert from this forum would help resolve the error, and it would be much appreciated. 

Need it be resolved ASAP, though.

What software can I use for this kind of work ?

I have a little knowledge on using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with their corresponding capabilities. My designs are all hand-drawn but I am thinking of buying either Photoshop or Illustrator. I want to know which is better to use in designing cards or invitations that can also be very useful to me. 

The DODGE and BURN tool lightens and darkens the pixels when we paint over them. But how can I get the circle back when it disappears using the above tools? Because sometimes, it is impossible to hit the Undo button in Adobe Photoshop. Tendency is we will need to start adding a new layer again.  

Can you remember which version of Adobe Photoshop program that you started using? Many people used Photoshop Version 5 even from the beginning. But the newest version of Photoshop has a lot of new features, new tools and new innovations that are more effective and easier to use.

I need instructions on installing brushes in Photoshop. There are times that it did not work while using the drag and drop option.  How can I download it and add them to Photoshop Library? And what are the steps to use those downloaded brushes in Photoshop?
