PCs

Firstly, let me be clear that I'm the administrator of my system. There's no more than a account in the switch user tab. But when I try to delete a folder from C:, it always says that I need administrator's permission to delete it and I really don't know where to go for asking the permission. Any help?

Many people have problem with their PC shutting down suddenly. Some of the PCs restart themselves because of virus and get BSoD while some PCs restart because of power breakout. What are the major impacts of sudden shut down of PC? Will this devote to crashing of hard drive? What are the steps to be taken to stop this from happening?

My Dell machine would not turn on. I thought it was completely dead. While checking cables I reset my printer cable. After resetting the printer cables my machine started right up. This has happened three times after re plugging in printer cable. How can printer cables keep the machine from starting?

My boyfriend set up my computer when I first bought it years ago. We have now broken up but he listed himself as the admin for my computer. I went to add a program to my computer and it will not let me unless he puts in his password.  How can I remove him from having admin rights and add my user as one?

I am currently looking into putting together my own pc. Given that I am planning to construct a gaming system, the processing power will be very high. Given this setup, I want to have a perfect cooling system. In the past I have installed a few fans and found that it was not very effective. Can anyone give me alternatives? I heard water cooling was very effective, can I have a walkthrough?
