I have upgraded Windows XP Service Pack 3 workstation to Outlook 2010 from Outlook 2000. The problem is when I am receiving email with digital certificate, the contents of the email cannot be viewed and the error message displays that there is no digital certificate. The sender of the mail is already in the contact list and it was working properly in Outlook 2000. When I checked, I noticed that sender does not have a digital certificate in the contact list of Outlook 2010. I’m not sure but maybe this is the cause of the problem. Please help me.

I’m facing a problem in Outlook 2007 with the POP3 email server. No emails are being delivered with the ‘.org’ and ‘.edu’ extensions. It just gives an error message which says that mail cannot be sent. Does anybody know how to solve this?

I migrated from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010. In Outlook 2003, I schedule appointments and also invite group of contacts including myself. But after migration to Outlook 2010 it can't be done. Should I add myself manually since the group invitation doesn’t come to me? Anybody know how to do this?

Does Outlook support importing of OST files? In order to reduce the electricity consumption and save the storage space I am using the service of hosting my exchange server. My OST file size is around 20 GB with 10GB disk space required. So the service provider asked me to converting the OST files to PST files and to store it in a separate folder. I was able to read the OST file in outlook from the old server. I want to keep the OST file and new mails in the online server. Any ideas?

I have a problem with the Automatic Reply in Outlook. I am running Outlook in EX 2010 Server. When I try to use the automatic reply settings by clicking on it, an error message is shown, which says that automatic reply settings can't be applied because of the server availability. Even if I tried to create another profile on two different machines the problem just remains.

I also tried moving the mailbox to a different server but this did not solve the problem still. I checked another person's settings, the main work is OWA and the automatic reply is running smoothly in it. I checked his profile with mine but found nothing different. Can somebody help?
