Debian Linux

I have a linux system that has default fonts, how can I manage to obtain a a font update, I have done this lots of times in windows. Is it possible to import the fonts from a windows system and use it on the linux? Would you need a sudo command to do this? If not so, how can I run such an update?

How do you create a bootable disk from a USB drive and what software can I use? I need to install Linux mint onto a mini laptop that has no DVD drive. Is this method of installation faster than the ordinary disk that is usually used for installation and can this infect my computer when installation process is going on.

I am using ASUS X55 Laptop with Linux as its main OS. From last few days I have to face major issues in my laptop.

1. I am not able to play videos in it as they are not loading and if its loading then there is no voice.

2, Some of my Laptop keywords are not being typed, it could be the case of missing keystrokes or anything I am not sure.

Can someone provide me solutions to my issues.

"Depending on if the DVR won't "R" what exceptional is it?" I am looking to buy AVS navigator! That would be quite what this is about. But in your case Ben, I'd be so pissed at what you've run through with Guide, that I could interest unhindered DVR aid, (The $10 or $11 off the explain an inconclusive period of time, until TWC gets off their a$$es in the Syracuse zone and makes the guide and DVR reliable. I think the people may as well do that who are having more than periodic issues with the DVR due to the guide.
