Hi!

Recently, I have  started playing Farmville and notice that my browser screen freezes about every minute or two. Thereafter,  I receive a message telling me that there is an unresponsive script.

I have a Compaq Presario CQ60 laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate installed. Mozilla Firefox is my default browser.

When I check,  in task manager, I see that Firefox is unnresponsive. I also see that Adobe Flash Player is also unresponsive.

If I choose to end the unresponsive programs and start my browser back up, the same thing happens. If I do not end the unresponsive programs, then after a while the...

My computer shuts down unexpectedly, while i am in the middle of working. It just power offs. 

I turned it back on and after beeping ,it displayed the following message: CPU was shutdown due to a thermal event.

I then have the option to proceed with starting up the computer normally or to enter set-up of the system. 

A few times it failed to start back up and the only way i was able to get it back on was to remove the power cable from the power supply and plugging it back in.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L305D laptop. When I put my laptop on, it does not go on. 

When i press on the power button, the battery light on my laptop blinks 6 times and thereafter nothing happens. The laptop does not go on.

The color of the battery light is orange. I know for a fact that my laptop battery is not good anymore. I have not been using my laptop without it being plugged into power.

Yesterday, I plugged it in but it just did not want to start up. If the battery is no longer good the laptop should...

Hi folks,

I recently upgraded from Microsoft Office 2003 to Microsoft Office 2007. A little while after that my computer was infected. The infection was removed by AVG Antivirus which is installed on my computer.

Thereafter, I noticed that i am not able to open nor am i able to save PDF attachments sent to me in emails. Microsoft Outlook is my default email client. 

When i try opening the attachments, I receive an error message saying that the attachment could not be opened.

So once again if i double clicked on the file ,I cannot open it. If i try to copy...

Hi,

Not too long ago I received a message on my computer informing me that my computer was infected and that i should download and install a security application to remove the infections. I did download  and install the application. However, I found out later that the application was actually a fake. It was not a real antivirus nor security program.

Thankfully, I was able to remove the fake security application, but since then I am not able to open any programs. The only way I can open programs is by using the task manager.
