Hi experts,

I get the following message when attempting to start the VMWare Virtual Machine Console.

I am running this on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, with Red Hat Linux 9 as the guest. And the guest operating system is running fine. However ,I now want to create a new Virtual machine and can't. I cannot connect to it via the remote console either due to a similar message.

I tried to restart the VMware services using windows administration tools. But this problem happened again. At the end, I've restarted the host server and problem still exist.

What might be the reason why...

After I inputted a data in the database this error occurred as follows:

This happens when I entered a long address input in the database that has alpha numeric entry, by the way this is a new database that was recently created. I have other database that runs smoothly when I entered alpha numeric data. Should I compare the settings of the other database? That accepts alpha numeric input. I am also thinking, if I will just restore the blank database of the other database and eliminate this database that will accept alpha numeric.

Hi,

Whenever I start up Microsoft Office Word or Excel on my computer, I get the following error message:

Compile error in hidden module

I have the option to click on ok and once I do so I can proceed and work in the Excel file.

This is a bit irritating since it pops up whenever I open any Word or Excel file.

Is there a solution to this error?

And what exactly does it mean?

It was not there before. I did a repair of my Microsoft Office 2003 installation but this did not help.

I still have the error message.

Please help.

I am working on the installation of SAS a message box that says:

I checked on my installer and I could not figure out what went wrong along the way of installation. I have all the rights to install files on my system. I tried to use another copy of same version of installer, but it seems that the same problem persist. Should there be other steps or dependencies I missed on, or is my installer defective? I've been with this problem for a day now.

Please give me some good ideas on finding out the errors I encountered.

I have a system failure. My SAS services failed. The system was restarted in order to see if all the services are up and running. When all thing was checked, I encountered this message that read as Errors in the metadata manager, SAS Service The database ‘CAYA_DataWarehouse_Dev’ not found on the server”.

It seems that the database was no longer found. I checked on the directories and folder the database still exist. What I'm pointing out now is, how could I restart the SAS service that fails to run? Should I reinstall SAS on this machine, or I might restore my backup of the...

My computers are configured to allow Remote Desktop Connections. I am trying to log on via Remote Desktop Connection to one of my computers. The connection is established and I receive the log in window.

I however cannot log in.

When I fill in the user name and password, I get an error which says that the local policy of this system does not allow interactive you to log on interactively.

I have tried to log on using several different user accounts and I tried logging on from more than one computer on my network, but I keep getting the same error...

I have internet access on my laptop. I can chat via MSN Messenger.

I receive emails in Outlook.

I cannot browse the internet.  Any website that I type in my browser is giving me an error message stating that the site could not be found. Whatever website I type in my computer, it can not be found.

Whatever browser I used,  I still get the same problem. I tried with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, but I cannot browse. I have Windows 7 installed on my laptop.

My laptop also has a fixed IP address.

I have been fighting with this for days and your expert help is needed! I am executing some code which results with "Object doesn't support this property or method". The error is occurring on the "With Me.OLEObject" line (By the way, I haven't found documentation which explains what the "With" clause is suppose to do?).

This morning when I turned on my computer, I got a pop up saying:

"Security Center Alert. Your computer is being attacked by a virus. It could be a password stealing attack ".

This message keeps popping up. I cannot work. It keeps detecting all installed applications on my computer as viruses. I cannot open any application on my computer. It gives me the option to buy an application to remove the virus infections.

This application is called WiniBlueSoft. I have never heard of this application before and I do not know if I should purchase...

When I open a Microsoft Office program on a machine that has the SAS Add-In 4.3 for Microsoft Office and the SAS Add-In 4.2 for Microsoft Office installed side-by-side, the following error message appears:
