I have two DDR3 RAM installed in my desktop. Each RAM is 4 GB. So the total RAM that should be shown in BIOS should be 8 GB but it only shows 4 GB of installed memory. How can I check if both the RAM sticks are working? Can it be a problem with the RAM slots? Do Random Access Memories have compatibility issues?

Hello! I have a Nexus 7 2^nd generation that keeps on crashing the video apps after I updated it to the latest android OS which is android lollipop. This particularly happens with the YouTube application on the device. As soon as I play the video, the app crashes. All other apps are working fine. How can I resolve this issue? Is there a fix available for the YouTube app? 

I recently updated my Nexus 5 to android lollipop which of course is the latest version released by Google. WiFi used to connect with my device without any problems. But after updating my phone, I am having a lot of issues with WiFi connectivity. How can I resolve this issue? Is this a problem with all android lollipop updated phones? Please help.

I have an email client that downloads all my emails, the recently I received an email with a key encryption tha I had to enter in-oder to read. Later the computer started to respond slowly and I suspected it to be a malware, is it possible to get a malware in an encrypted file? if so how can the anti-virus scan for encrypted files without the key for decription? I have a windows system that has a 4GB Ram and was quite fast, recently I noticed that the speed had reduced, upon checking at my taskbar I found a service running an unusual high memory., is this a malware? How do I get to stop it or reduce the memory allocation to it.? Is it possible to correct replace this service and how would this be archived?

I have a HP-3900 desk-jet and recently stopped printing and even after futile attempt to connect to restart the service it stills shows a pop-up' widows cannot connect to the printer" what causes this problem? I am running Windows 7 64 bit on my computer. The PC is quite good with a 4 TB hard drive, 16 GB RAM and an i7 Quad Core processor by Intel. I am looking to setup a server in a laboratory of about 20 computers. Can I use my current computer with the current Operating System to setup a server for the lab? Do you recommend buying the server edition of windows to setup a server? Or will the current PC do my job?
