What is the difference between the getRequestDispatcher(String path) method of javax.servlet.ServletRequest interface and javax.servlet.ServletContext interface?

Microsoft Office Communications server (OCS) has room for improvement but we can not compare it to IP-PBX system at all. It is a whole load of improvement to the new generation communication among organizations and their business partners.

I am in need of knowing what are some of the improvements that set Microsoft Office Communication server from the IP-PBX and other previously used systems?

I have Windows XP with 1GB RAM. I installed oracle on my computer from a CD.

Since then oracle folder is not opening and is showing error. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but it shows the same error.

I have installed inpage 2.93 professional on my computer.

It was working fine but now it is showing error that HASP driver is not found.

It is also changing my typed words in inpage to different symbols and pictures.

I just want to know if my router is having a router problem.

I bought this new router which is Edimax BR 6314 (because it is cheap, I was enticed by its price). I am using a DSL of which my ISP said that we have a Dynamic IP. The store where I bought Edimax said that I can just connect the modem to the router and then all the PCs and there is no need for me to configure the router since it will connect to the Internet easily.

I am being plagued by the error given below by SQL Server agent.

This happens almost every time I restart the server that has been running for a day or two:

Could not start MSSQLSERVER service on Local Computer.

Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure. 

The SQL Server Agent uses a none expiring domain credential. I understand that this problem only happens when the profile being used by the SQL Server Agent has changed (password change). What puzzles me is that the login is ok and no changes has been made to it's password.

I've been using my Skype for a couple of years.

There are times when it requires me to update, so I will do an update. However, when I reformatted my PC from windows XP to windows Vista, I have installed a new Skype. Recently it required me to update so I updated it. However, when I logged in to Skype, it loads for a couple of minutes and disconnects my internet. So, I exited from Skype.

When the Skype stopped, my internet connection went back.

So because I'd like to solve my problem, I uninstalled my Skype, cleaned up my disk and reinstall my Skype again.

However, this didn't solve my problem.

Every time I log in to Skype it disconnects my internet.

What should I do?

I tried to install Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express on my PC but during installation, I received this error message:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 29506.

I also tried to install the software with administrative permissions but of no use. Please advice me as to what should I do, in order to sort out this error and to finish the installation successfully.
