Hi,

I need your assistance.  I converted a Christmas CD album to MP3 using Windows Media Player.

I then transferred them to my Zune player however, not all music in the album is played.

Several songs would not play and instead a message popped up (see screenshot below).

Any fix to the said problem?

Hi Arthur,

Error C00D11CD sometimes occurs during setup and installing Zune software or sometimes when it is detected by the Zune software that there exist some conflicts with the media licenses. Error C00D0BB8 may occur when it is found that MP3's ID3 headers are unsynchronized or compressed.

To resolve this problem try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of the Zune software and then sign in the back. This will update the licenses automatically.
  2. Install the latest version of Windows Media Player from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/18612/windows-media-player or https://filehippo.com/
  3. Uninstall the existing Zune software from your computer and install the latest version of the Zune software by following the steps stated in the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3096659

Hope this will fix this issue.

Best regards,

Guzman
