Zen Ultrafone Amaze 701 FHD is the new low cost smart phone with IPS OGS tech.
It might be the best screen in its range but can I compare this to other cell phone, like Apple, I don't think it's wise. Although if it satisfies your curiosity both Apple's retina display tech and Zen Ultrafone's IPS OGS are basically base on IPS tech.
