The best and easiest way of getting over this problem is to uninstall google chrome and reinstall it.
For this go to 'Control Panel' 'Uninstall Program' and uninstall google chrome. Reboot your computer and then install it again. It will start working properly.

Or this problem is due to collapse of information. This happens due to using so many tabs at a time when your internet connection is slow. Avoid using many tabs at a same time.
