Hello,

I have updated my phone with an above Android 4.2.2 and I still have this kind o errors when I want to install some new apps. It seems like my new Android version is not working or the app are bugged. What can I do so the new apps recognize my Android 4.2.2? Is there a solution or I just need to install a clean version of Android 4.2.2? Thank you!

Hi Harvey,

 

You have to install a clean version of Android 4.2 because some updates has a bug or even some functions did not apply to your mobile device. If your Android version is above the minimum system requirement, there's no way for not to install the application. There's another reason why you can't install the application. The installer with itself has a problem and we cannot do anything because the manufacturer is the one responsible for that.
