Hi Dear,

This message is shown because outlook can’t see your client access server. You must add a  bypass server to your proxy for your client server access. To do this you have to give your server name which is typically is “exchange server”. Perform some steps to get rid of this problem. Here they are,

Go to “Control panel” and then go to “Internet options” then click on “connection” tab and make sure that bypass  “proxy server for local addresses” is checked then click on “Advanced”

In the “exceptions” panel type in your client server access name followed by * then presses ok->ok->ok and then close the all windows and also close the outlook and then reopen it.

Another way to resolve this issue.

Hope this will work for you

Hello,

The reason this error is displayed is because Outlook is not able to see Client Access Server.

To resolve this issue you need to give a name to Client Access Server.

Then open Internet options in Control panel and click on ‘Connections’ tab.

Now, you need to make sure that Bypass proxy server for local addresses is checked.

Go to Advanced option.

Then in the Exceptions panel type the Client Access Server name followed by * and then click on OK.

Restart Outlook and the problem might be resolved by now.
