Hello Friends,
I want to chat with my LAN friends. Hence, I use Windows Messenger in my laptop.
Suddenly, the application got crashed and I am unable to access it.
Please help me resolve it so that I can access the application successfully.

I have read the issue about your Yahoo. Messenger. YmApp has stopped working problem. There are several tips to clean this problem.
First you must Reinstall the Runtime Components of many frameworks.
1. Windows > Type run
2. Write appwiz.cpl then choose Ok.
3. Remove/Uninstall each of following items : Java, Microsoft .Net Framework, Microsoft Visual C++ 2005
4. Reboot your computer.
Second you must install new Runtime Components.
1. Download, then install this Runtime Components : Java Runtime Environment, DirectX Runtime Web Installer, Visual C++ Runtime 2005, Microsoft .NET Framework 4
2. Reboot again.
3. Run your Yahoo Messenger.
