Hello I got this error message. Yahoo Fail

I am in doubt why I got this.

Please help me. Thanks a lot.

Hi Ingridgonzalou,

This type of errors are occurred when there is any server problem comes.

First of all you close the browser and follow these steps to delete the temporary files and clear cache memory:

  1. press start button
  2. Then press on run and press" window key+R"
  3. then write %temp% and hit enter
  4. then delete all the temporary files.
  5. close the folder temp.
  6. from the setting of browser you remove the cache memory.
  7. then restart browser and try to save preference.
