Xtreme Tuner HD Initiate hardware failed

Just installed a new Hauppauge HD PVR.

When I go to Setup Television in MC the HD PVR shows as a Tuner but when I click on Configure I get the error message "Xtreme Tuner HD Initiate hardware failed!".

Please confirm NVidia driver has been installed correctly!

Have you checked if you have properly installed the video card driver for your PC? If not then you might want to do it. It is the CD that comes with the video card when you first bought it. If you don't have the necessary software to install your driver. You can go to the NVidia website and search for the compatible video card driver for your hardware. HD tuners run on HD and the basic driver of windows is just generic with no HD features, that is the reason why it is looking for its NVidia video card driver.
