XP freezes after the SP3 update

Hi Rochelle Cruz,

The problem you are facing is very common, actually for 3 reasons, “failed hardware support”, “pirated disc” and “CD” rom problems”

Usually when windows is set up or upgraded this XP versions automatically detects HARDWARE and installs drivers itself, however some DRIVERS are not available in Xp’s default system therefore, your computer doesn’t work properly.

Solution: therefore you need find out your “driver and utilities” disc of your motherboard, graphics etc and install them and everything would work just fine.

(2) sometimes your CD/DVD/storage devices fails to copy ALL FILES, therefore such problems exist.

Solution: make sure it has all files and get rid of any defects

(3) and if you are using a pirated CD get another one and re-install it again.
