Recently we upgraded our servers from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion in our office. Server and network is working fine, except our Workflow Scanning on the Xerox printer is giving an authentication error. How to overcome the issue related to the connection of xerox scan to Mountain Lion SMB.

As per the information given by you I suggest you to upgrade the required firmware. To download latest version, please click here. But I will recommend you to contact your support channel technician as he will be better in a position to download the suitable version, as it would depend on which Workcentre you are using.
