WPS security feature in Wireless connections

How many WPS connections can routers do at a given time? Is it possible to do a WPS based security connection to two devices simultaneously or is the connection alternatively? How safe is the WPS over the WPA encryption method and what may be some of the demerits of one over the other? I have noticed that many still use WPA despite the easier to operate WPS security.

WPS security feature in Wireless connections

Hello Ashley!

Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) is said to be unsecured due to its organization. This is a way of any device to connect in your router without using any passkeys or codes. It will take 5-6 connections or WPS connections before the router become slow in speed. WPS uses different layers of security, Personal Identification Number PIN) located in the sticker of the router, Push Button Configuration (PBC), Near Field Communication (NFC). These layers prevents any hacker to directly communicate with compute.  Others are still using WPA connection for the purpose that it is still the minimum configuration that they need to use in their system or WPS is not available in their old modems.
