I need to find my updated drivers for my lite-on technology corporation 802.11n wireless pci express card LAN?
Thanks in advance.
I didn’t understand what did you mean by “reset BIOS and your wireless adapter won’t find a network. Is that you mean it does not find the connection permanent so not so good connection but still if you think that you only need to update your driver than there are many websites here are driver from Realtek :
it is one of the best company that makes better quality driver. If there any problem with your installation process or anything else you can also ask another question, although there can be various cause that prevent you from connecting. I think you understood.
Do you happen to have the exact name and model number of your wireless local area network card? You should be able to find that out through the box where the pci-e card was packaged in or by checking the order information of the card. Kindly include/add it in your post so that we can have more detailed information. Please also include the operating system you’re using.
You can use Windows to try and look for the driver. Go to the Device Manager. Locate your 802.11 WLAN card under Network Adapters. Right click on it, choose Update Driver Software. Select Search automatically for updated driver software. Then Windows will search its database online, so make sure you have an internet connection (LAN).
I also found this link, which is also for a Lite-On 802.11n Wireless PCI Express Card LAN Adapter:
Hope it helps.
