I have just bought a wireless mouse for my laptop.

I think there's a little configuration to adjust because since I've installed it to my Laptop it has a late reaction and sometimes stops.

What is problem on this mouse a configuration or battery?

You are encountering problem with your wireless mouse maybe because its battery might discharged or you accidently put something between your mouse and its transceiver that might cause disruption in the connection.

You might have other wireless devices that run within frequency range your mouse’s signal is accessing.

Try to insert your transceiver in another port.

Try to test your device in another location; other metal furniture may affect the signal of any pointing devices.

If you still encountering problems try to replace batteries or test your mouse on different computer.

If it didn’t work, your mouse might be defective.

If this is the first time you’ll be using a wireless mouse, check if the mouse you purchased requires a driver. Some wireless mouse requires a driver to be installed on the computer to use its full features and to make it fully functional. You can always download the software for your mouse from the manufacturer’s website.

If you notice the mouse pointer has a late reaction, check that your wireless mouse has a fresh battery. I use a wireless mouse before and this problem with the mouse pointer getting a delayed reaction always starts when the battery starts to get weak. The problem gets fixed after replacing the battery with a new one.

The only downside I see with a wireless mouse is with its battery consumption. It consumes battery at a much faster rate than with other devices. To lessen the cost of purchasing new batteries frequently, buy a rechargeable battery.
