WinZip-Self-Extractor unable to create a temporary folder to extract

Hi Tech experts,

I haven’t made any change in the computer in the past, at the same time I don’t have any experience in that. When I tried with the WinZip Self Extractor, it failed to extract with the error message. So again I tried in different folder but no luck I am getting the same error. Why I am getting this error? I am not able to figure out where the problem exists. Please help. Thanks.

Possible Cause: you do not have proper permissions to create files or folders in your temporary folder. See your system or network administrator.

This error is simply a problem of privileges and permissions granted. You could easily overcome this by either:

1. Log in as Administrator before running the program

Or:

2. Create a new account granted with admin privilege

3. Run the program as Administrator

If you are not the owner of your Computer, You could ask for your administrator for further details or for temporary admin privilege.
