I was asked to install WINPCAP in order to get advantage of full features of GNS3. Is it true and for what it is used for?

Hello again Eric,
It seems that you have started loving GNS3 now. Ok talking about the WinPcap in GNS3; basically WinPcap is a support for your computer that allows your computer Network Interface Card (NIC) to be operated in promiscuous mode. It is a mode that is used for monitoring the network traffic seamlessly. It is not a must have feature, you can use GNS3 without having it except for some of the features.
