Moazzeemmhossen,

This error is due to allocation of a letter 'C' to a particular removable drive. It's also due to unavailability of a removable disk in the removable disk drive.

The resolution for this problem is quit  simple, just follow the listed steps below.

-You will have to change your drive letter and to do this:

-First you must be an administrator. Insert a disk into the removable drive

.

-On the start menu, right click on computer and click manage. Click disk management. Right click the volume you wish to change and then click change drive paths and letters. Also change the drive letter of the removable disk and press enter. To remove any drive letter, click remove and then yes. good luck

this problem can occur because of enabling the floppy drive. if you don't have a floppy disk drive(PC's of now a days don't have 1 usually) and the floppy disk drive option got enabled somehow, this type of problem shows up. now if it is the problem, then the solution is simple, start your PC. go to BIOS menu, disable floppy drive from it. save and exit. the PC. will restart then run normally and the dialog box wont disturb you any more thanks.
