I started Business Plan Pro and got the following application error:
PAS9 application error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occurred in the application at location 0x7d641545
Click on OK to terminate the program
Does this have anything to do with Business Plan Pro software or is it a Windows problem?
Do I need to do a system repair or upgrade my Windows? I have Windows XP OS.
Windows XP or Business Plan Pro problem
You need to repair or upgrade your system to fix corrupted files. Use your Windows installation disk and start the repair and then upgrade from an earlier version of Windows . Remember that using 64-bit applications in 32-bit OS can also be the cause of this problem, you should check what you are downloading if it is compatible with what OS you are using. You could also change the compatibility of the application to older versions of Windows such as Windows 95 or Windows 98 before running it. Virus and Malware can also be the cause to corrupt your application so scan first before installing the software to make sure it is safe especially if you download it to a non-trusted websites. Turning off your Firewall and Anti-virus can also help you to resolve this issue as this security is not allowing to run this program due to it's non-secured applications.
