Hello,

My own brother and his girl have difficulties with this computer system and I am also trying to assist them. The system is just a workweek aged and he or she has an issue with Home Windows. Every time she attempts to begin in place anything, my spouse and i.e. Outlook, MSN Messenger and many others error messages appear. She will mail the error report to Microsoft but that is it. Nothing else may be powered by the woman PC without a problem message showing up.

Are there any suggestions on how we can stop this error from coming? She got onto the actual windows Update web site to help obtain any kind of latest updates. We've got attempted debilitating Sector Security along with starting in safe mode and debilitating the error messages/accounts but still have the common problem.

Please help.

Regards,

If your computer is just a week old I don’t think it already accumulated that much error for the installed applications to not function properly and always displays an error message every time they are used. You may try checking your computer for any possible errors.

If ever there is an error in the file system then it is possible that it is the cause for some of the applications to not work and just give an error. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or PC Tools Performance Toolkit.

After checking the hard drive for errors, try opening again one of the applications. If it still doesn’t work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application. The same with the rest of the application that frequently displays an error.

Hi,

It is not the age that cause errors but a mistake that does all this. A virus attack takes seconds to get into your system. So hardware is new but when we say operating system, it is never new once you expose it to internet. I would suggest you backup your data and restore you windows to earlier date and reinstall all software. When the system is restored to some earlier date install an Antivirus program and fully update it. Do not install anything or open any data file before this. In the next step you can now install your programs. Install programs one by one. Do not run two setup files at the same time. If you need to download some software download from trusted websites.
