Today I purchased a DVD from one shop; then I tried to install this Window in my system but when I tried to install this DVD I received the below error. Can anyone tell me the reason why this error appears?

Hi Anitijedauhan,

Don't worry the problem is not with your DVD that you have bought, as if it was the problem, the installation process wouldn't start from the beginning. The trusted solution that you can try, is to visit the URL provided by the error message. This is the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows PC.

The link provided above describes the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows 7. It also describes the solution for your problem and provides a solution according to each operating system. So please visit it and choose the appropriate one for your PC.

Hoping it works for you.

Don't hesitate to contact me if there is any problem.

Best Regards,

Nora
