 Dear Jagodish,

When we press “shift+F1” in MS Word, the “Reveal Formatting” window opens and it provides you different options regarding the formatting of your document. Attached are some pictures which will clarify your concept.

  • Character Style enables you to change the characters
  • Font Style would enable you to change the font
  • Alignment option will allow you to align your text to left, right or middle.
  • Indention option allows you to set the indent
  • Spacing option allows you to change the character spacing
  • I hope the screen shots will help you to understand the concept more accurately

I hope it will help you

Thank you

I have copied and pasted a file into MS Word, open page, stay cursor of the first line, Home and press button Shift+F1.

I have found the

1. Paragraph Formatting: Paragraph Style: Indent:Left 0" Right 0" Flash left. Direct:Space before 9.4 pt after 7.5 pt, Border: Top(single Solid line, Custom color (RGB(73,73,73) 2¼ pt line width), Bottom (single).

2. Font Formatting: Paragraph Style: Font:English(U.S.). Character Style: Direct:Font: Verdana: 7.5pt.

In this regard you can format your paragraph of your document. You can also format your font of your document.

Will you do this?
