Hello Kalam70,

Your computer may be freezing due to a number of possible causes, one, it may be a problem on your computer system registry values, to overcome this, go to Microsoft support Centre website and download a registry key repair software and install it on your computer.

Another cause may be due to a malware infection, Run the best updated Anti-virus on your system. I recommend AVG.

As last option you will have to use your windows installation software disk to format one of your drives where your current faulty windows is installed and re-install windows.

To do this, Press F9 when booting, and using arrow keys on the keyboard, select CD ROM to boot from the windows installation disk inserted in your computer. Follow the steps and the wizard will lead you through the installation process.
