Windows not able to load

If you have a genuine Windows 7 setup CD but your optical drive doesn’t detect it, check your optical drive if it is a CD-ROM or a DVD-ROM. By the way, the Windows 7 setup CD is actually a DVD. So that means you need a DVD drive to be able to access the Windows 7 installer. If your optical drive is only a CD-ROM, you cannot access the Windows 7 setup disc.

You need to purchase a new DVD-ROM to be able to install Windows 7 on your computer. In case the disc is already damaged, you can download an ISO image file from Windows 7 Disc Image. But to download the ISO file successfully, you need to enter the Windows product key to verify that your copy is genuine. Once downloaded, you need to burn it on a blank DVD disc.

To format your hard drive, insert the Windows 7 setup DVD you burned then boot your computer using the DVD. Continue installing Windows 7 after the hard drive has been formatted then just follow the instructions.
