Hi All,

I’ve been playing music in our office most of the time using media player in a PC which has Windows Vista and suddenly its stop working I don’t really know what’s the cause of this problem.

I tried to configure the said message pop up in my screen and just click the ok button for switching to analog mode but same problem occurred. I’d also tried my other mp3 songs in different kind of CD but nothing happens.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated with this matter.

Thanks!

This is the message appear in my screen.

Hello Billy3,

It may be possible that your windows media player has crushed, or maybe the CDs that you are using have a problem.

To check this out, I will suggest that you install another player, for instance the vlc media player and then try playing the music or videos on the CD using it. In case it works well, then the problem is with the windows media player.

It may have gotten corrupt due to some action that you took, and therefore you will need to run the repair tool to fix it. Or you can switch to another media player, and if you are for that idea I will recommend vlc player for it supports a wide range of audio and video files.

Hope this helps.
