The error you get means that there is some sound driver issues with your Operating system and also that your Windows Media player is not responding and needs to be troubleshooted.
Check if the Media Player is showing up on the task Manager's list when running and follow Vivian Xing's answer highlighted in green.Â
No body is better in trouble shooting problems regarding Windows media Player other than Microsoft.
