Hi Guys,
While opening a file with the extension .WMA, I received an error message on my Windows Media Player. It says, "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help”. I clicked on Help but changed nothing. Have you any idea for the error?
Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

This might be occurred that there is an issue with codecs.
First of all you need to run Windows media player troubleshooting.
I will tell you how to do this.
Please type these codes one by one.
If you want to reset Windows Media Player use this code
msdt.exe -id WindowsMediaPlayerConfigurationDiagnostic
If you want to repair your WMP library please use following code
msdt.exe -id WindowsMediaPlayerLibraryDiagnostic
First, please click Start and in the search box type above mentioned code and press Enter.
Then the dialog wizard help you to repair the Windows Media Player library and resetting the WMP.
Also you can use Microsoft fix it tool. Please go to the link which I have given below.

Then check again the issue is solved.
If not solve the problem, you have to install codecs. If you have already installed codecs on the system please update it and try it again.
