First you need to extract WMP Firefox plugin.exe with WinRAR, This Archive contains FFplugin.msi. Use Orca edit this MSI file. Orca is the only available in the window installer SDK. You must look at the LaunchCondition. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/255905
Remove the row MsiNTProductType = 1:

Save the MSI. You can now install the plugin by double clicking the MSI.
This should work for you.
